January Youth of the Month: Kayla Pearce

Kayla Pearce, 11 maintains A/ B average at Selma Elementary School. At the Club Kayla is very active she has participated in
the Smart Girls, power hour and triple play programs. Kayla has run track at the North Carolina State Games Track & Field competition
for the last two years. She helps younger Club members with their homework. She sings in her church choir and she likes to dance.
Kayla hopes to one day be a Pediatrician. She resides with her parents Cashshonda and Randy Pearce.
She has one brother and two sisters that also are the Club.
